Not a diet. A discovery.
A 6-week online group experience for women ready to stop fighting their bodies and start listening to them.
You were never broken.
You were just disconnected.
You've tried the calorie counting. The meal plans. The weigh-ins. And every time, something falls apart. Not because you lack willpower, but because none of those programs ever asked your body what it actually needed.
Your body isn't a math problem. Food, movement, stress, sleep, hormones, emotion, pleasure, and the life you're actually living all belong in the conversation. Yet most programs reduce that whole relationship to numbers and rules.
From 2021 to 2023, I released 90 pounds. Not through deprivation. Through coming home.
I didn't count a single calorie. I didn't weigh in. I didn't white-knuckle my way through anything. I started listening.
I became acutely aware of my body's senses and signals and let that sensual awareness guide the choices I made around food, movement, rest, and pleasure. And my body, for the first time in my adult life, started responding. The bliss and peace I was cultivating within myself became visible outside of me.
Then life changed again. I broke my ankle, went through several surgeries and a long recovery, and have since gained some of that weight back. What surprised me most was that while my body changed, I didn't lose the relationship I'd built with her.
That's why I'm bringing Desiring Me back now. Not from the finish line. Not from a perfect after. From inside a real, changing body and a practice that has to hold up in real life.
I'm inviting you to walk with me as I continue to listen, release, and return. Not alone, but in community.
Your body
isn't a problem
to solve.
It's a relationship
to return to.
Your Relationship
Rests on These Pillars
What Does My Body Need Now?
Injury. Stress. Recovery. Change. A real practice has to account for all of it.
A body moves through hormonal shifts, exhaustion, injury, celebration, age, and grief. The goal isn't to perform wellness on the good days and disappear on the hard ones.
A real practice meets you wherever you are.
Recovery
Movement as devotion, not repayment.
Movement isn't repayment for food. It isn't punishment for a bad week. It's another form of listening and responding to the body that exists today, not the one you're trying to get back to.
Food doesn't need a moral category before you're allowed to enjoy it.
Dessert isn't bad. A nourishing meal isn't virtuous. The question isn't Was I good today?
It's: What would nourish me? What would satisfy me? What would feel good in my body?
Sometimes that's something fresh and vibrant. Sometimes it's dessert shared with someone you love. Sometimes it's both.
Desiring Me isn't about replacing one set of food rules with prettier ones. It's about learning to hear yourself clearly enough that rules don't have to do all the talking.
This is for you if...
You're done counting calories and adding more tasks to an already overwhelming list.
You've lost weight before but your relationship with your body still doesn't feel right.
You want to feel in your body. Not at war with it.
You spend so much time caring for everyone else that you've lost touch with what feels good to you.
You know your relationship with your body is about more than food and exercise, and you're ready to explore what else belongs in the conversation.
You're ready to explore pleasure, movement, and nourishment on your own terms.
What might change if you stopped fighting yourself long enough to hear what you desire?
Claim Your SpotSix weeks. One homecoming.
Each week builds on the last. The order may shift as the cohort evolves. This is a living journey, not a rigid curriculum.
Reconnecting with Your Body
We start by coming home. What does your body feel? What does a yes feel like, and a no? This week builds body literacy: understanding sensation, consent, and the wisdom already living inside you.
Pleasure as Information
Your cravings, hunger, and desires aren't enemies. They're information. We learn to slow down and actually listen to what they're telling you, instead of overriding them with rules.
Sensual Nourishment
Not a diet. A relationship with food. This week is about hunger, satisfaction, and pleasure at the table. What would nourish you right now? What would feel good? We practice eating without guilt and releasing the moral categories that make food complicated.
Releasing What's Been Held
This week we look at what's been layered into your relationship with your body. Unprocessed emotion, old stories about food and worthiness, experiences you've carried quietly. Through embodiment practices, distance Reiki, and guided journaling, we start to loosen what's been held.
Movement as Devotion
We find your movement, the kind that feels like something you'd actually choose. Dance, sensual movement, water, walking, whatever makes your body feel alive. When movement stops being a debt you pay, it becomes something you look forward to.
Embodying Desire
What have you learned about what you actually want? What does pleasure tell you now that you're listening? This final week is about integration: not wrapping up the program but understanding how this becomes something you live. We close by asking what it looks like to keep choosing yourself after the six weeks end.

Desiring Me Workbook
Your companion for the full six weeks. Prompts, practices, and space to document your experience.
I have held spaces like this before.
Community isn't a feature of this program. It's the container that makes the experience possible.
Desiring Me grew from my own practice, and it has been shaped by years of holding space for women through transformation, embodiment, birth, energy work, and community.
I don't believe my job is to hand you another set of rules for your body. I'm here to create the space, offer the practices, ask better questions, and walk alongside you as you learn to hear yourself more clearly.

The Founding Cohort
An intimate 10-person online groupThis first Desiring Me cohort is intentionally small. We'll move through the experience together while I refine the program in preparation for its full launch in January 2027.
You're receiving the complete six-week experience at a special founding rate. As part of that rate, founding members agree to provide thoughtful feedback on the program and, at the end of the experience, either a written or video testimonial sharing their honest experience.
This founding rate is my thank-you for helping shape Desiring Me in its newest form. Future cohorts will be offered at a higher investment.
Enrollment includes a short scheduling question so the recurring group meeting time can be chosen around the people actually in the cohort.
